Seems impossible, but it’s real!
How many times did you feel like a clumsy elephant? It’s not important how much you weigh to do incredible things! Your inner energy is more important and also to believe that if you want you can! Probably this elephant feels like a dancer, light and in balance.
To find balance in our life we can start from our bodies. An exercise that I do quite often is to be aware of how I stand and slowly slowly loose balance, putting all the weight on the left or the right leg, then go back to the central position. In the central position I try to imagine roots that grow under my feet, I concentrate on earth and I feel deeply connected with the people on the other side of the globe. This helps, it helps alot expecially when you are facing difficult and challenging situations.
